Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH appoints Oliver Schlink as new Finance Managing Director

The management of the Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH announces that Oliver Schlink (40) has been appointed new Finance Managing Director starting on 1st December 2010.

After studying industrial engineering Mr. Schlink began his career at KPMG in the Financial Advisory Services. In early 2001 he became Head of controlling for the newly founded Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH. In February 2010, Mr. Schlink joined the management board of Deutsche Annington Business Management GmbH and was responsible for the region Westphalia comprising app. 43,000 flats.

Mr. Schlink will report to the top-management of ORCO Germany.
