ORCO Germany S.A. announces the closing of the sale of 3 property companies holding assets located in Gütersloh, Rostock and Oranienburg as well as the sale of one healthcare asset currently under construction in Berlin.

The transaction volume amounts to about € 40 million compared to bank liabilities of around € 28,4 million.
