Orco Germany S.A.: Orco Germany announces a loss of more than 50% of the corporate capital

Impairments on intercompany loans and participations based on the unaudited interim statutory accounts of ORCO Germany S.A. as of August 31, 2009 resulted in a loss of more than 50% of the corporate capital of Orco Germany S.A. According to the obligations under Art. 100 of the Luxembourg 1915 Companies Act, Orco Germany will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to decide on the continuation of the activities of the company.
