Orco Germany S.A.: Orco Germany requests suspension of trading of its financial instruments and modifies financial calendar

Orco Property Group S.A., the majority shareholder of Orco Germany S.A., requested today the suspension of the trading of all of its financial instruments. The annual accounts of Orco Property Group for 2008 cannot be finalized and, therefore, will not be published on 17 March 2009. The publication is expected for end of March.

As a consequence the press release on the annual financial statements of Orco Germany for 2008 cannot be published on 18 March 2009. The publication is expected prior to the General assembly on 17 April 2009. Orco Germany requested the suspension of the trading of all financial instruments, including its shares (ISIN LU0251710041) and its bonds (ISIN XS0302623953) and warrants (ISIN XS0302626899).
